SEXUAL HARASSMENT IN THE WORKPLACE:

Connecticut law requires all employers with fifty (50) or more employees to provide two hours of training and education on issues of sexual harassment in the workplace to all new supervisors within six months of their assumption of supervisory responsibilities.
We are pleased to offer a two-hour seminar on workplace sexual harassment issues to enable employers to comply with Connecticut's training and education requirements. In this seminar, among other things, we will instruct participants on how to recognize and be sensitive to sexual harassment issues. We will also assist employers and employees in developing sexual harassment prevention and response training techniques to help reduce the likelihood of legal liability because of sexual harassment.
