Attorneys at the Employment and Labor Law Firm of Kainen, Escalera & McHale Receive Top Honors

Kainen, Escalera & McHale, P.C. is a Connecticut law firm that focuses on private and public sector labor and employment law and litigation issues and education-related matters on behalf of employers. We only work for employers.

Our founding partners started the firm committed to offering employers timely, effective and cost efficient representation. Our attorneys have been practicing together for many years and collectively have nearly 275 years of experience in labor, employment and education law matters.

The practice was built so as to be both nationwide and also fully tailored to meet the needs of Connecticut-based private businesses, non-profit organizations and public sector entities.

What’s more, the law firm has received both national and regional recognition from various organizations and from our peers for our work in the field of employment law, labor law and education law.

Our latest honor comes to us from New England Super Lawyers. Less than 5% of all attorneys in the New England states receive this honor. We are pleased to announce that five of our attorneys (Burton Kainen, Miguel Escalera, Diana Garfield, Sheldon Myers, and Patrick McHale) have been selected for inclusion in New England Super Lawyers for 2016.

Each attorney recognized by New England Super Lawyers is evaluated on 12 indicators of peer recognition and professional achievement. Selections are made on an annual, state-by-state basis, with the objective of creating a credible, comprehensive and diverse listing of outstanding attorneys.
